Texas Coffee Grinder, June 3, 2009

This fine machine was made to order by the Texas Coffee Grinder Co, out of Nacogdoches, Texas. When ordering, you can choose your wood and the grain direction. This grinder is heavy duty and built to use everyday. It does not produce a fine, espresso grind, which I was aware of going into the deal. This grinder does produce a perfect grind for press style brewing, which is my preferred method. There is a simple secret to producing the best grind with this grinder - when grinding, you must apply as much downward force to the grinders as you can muster. Once I started applying the elbow grease in sufficient quantity, I became quite happy with the results. Hats off to the Texas Coffee Grinder Co.!
