Ai and Kanoko Katayama. Kanoko Katayama is Kanoko Akamatsu's friend in Japan. Ai and I entertained Kanoko Katayama during her 10 hour layover in Seattle on her way to take an exam in Toronto. The second and third shots are from Red Robin and Starbucks in Bellevue. The last two shots are from Lake Union in Seattle...

Back in Bigfoot, Ai googled her upcoming journey to Japan and discovered that the legs between Seattle/Hawaii and Hawaii/Tokyo were listed as "take a kayak!" Ai-chan laughed so hard I thought that 911 would have to be called...

Ai had to dispense of things that she would not be taking back to Japan. We put a load in Bigfoot and met the Four Ladies at the Eastgate Park-and-Ride and let them have at it...

Apparently these gals thought I needed a toupee. As Ai-chan was taking a group shot we were descended upon by dancing monkeys and a helicopter. Saki saw the monkeys coming and ran away just before the photos were taken...

At the Lil' Jon with Ai and the Four Ladies. Just after we ordered a bird flew into the restaurant and to our table. A Lil' Jon employee tried to catch the bird, but could not. Yukari rose to the occasion and with one fearless swipe snatched the little bird from the window frame and ran with it in her hands to the door! I was quite impressed...

 

The Four Ladies presented Ai with a going away card and Ai delivered parting words to the Four Ladies...

At Tu Casa with the Microsoft team that I would be joining in a couple of days. This was a good-bye luncheon for team members cycling out...

 

Ai and I met with Chihiro at Bellevue College...

 

As we talked with Chihiro at Bellevue College, Yukari, Maki, and Ayumi happened by... 3/4's of the Four Ladies... Yukari, Maki, Ayumi, Chihiro, and Ai... in front of Bigfoot...
