Mamasan's "new" restaurant, I Love Ramen, is in Federal Way on the 99. Mamasan and I were both born on the 15th of January and we've raised glasses together on that occasion for years now. I had all but given up on driving down to Federal Way this day, but the weather let up in the afternoon just long enough for the jaunt. I presented Mamasan flowers and a card... |
