Lake To Lake, December 8, 2002

  

 

In Bellevue, from the western shore of Lake Sammamish to the Eastern shore of Lake Washington. The Lake To Lake trail system cuts through the center of Bellevue and is a series of well connected parks and preserves. The hike took 3 hours and I estimate the distance covered at around 10 miles...

 

The Weowna Park trailhead... fog completely obscured Lake Sammamish...

Enatai Beach Park on the eastern shore of Lake Washington, where I-90 crosses the narrow east channel between Bellevue and Mercer island...

 

       

 

       

 

 

 

Having walked around 11 miles, I walked a tad more... back to the edge of the slough, to the bus stop... and a ride back to my lodge...
