Downtown Bellevue across from Bellevue Square Mall. I could park in the QFC lot in a fairly inconspicuous way and be nary a stone's throw from coffee shops, the mall, etc...

 

       

 

In Bellevue Square Mall... this little fellow was in the window dancing with the mannequin, but every time I held the camera up he would stop and just smile...

 

My birthday dinner at Todai... where it was my pleasure to dine with Akira-san, my Japanese language tutor...

 

My birthday revelry continued at Mamasan's. It was also Mamasan's birthday so I brought her flowers to mark the occasion...

Federal Way, off the 99 between Seattle and Tacoma. There's a lot of boondocking going on around this spot, but I just observed and rolled on...

 

Camping World in Tacoma... a truck camper with a side entry door (rare, I think)...
