Greg Visits Seattle, May 4-6, 2002

  

 

Saturday

 

With John and Jeannie at the Bellevue Tinderbox... collecting our wits and a quick dinner at Sushi Land before making our way down to Sea-Tac to fetch Greg...

 

       

 

Greg's flight from Charlotte arrived at Sea-Tac without incident at 10:00pm and John, Jeannie, and I fetched him there. We drove through Seattle and repaired to O'Shea's in the Wallingford neighborhood where the PhillBillys country & western band was holding forth...

After O'Shea's we regrouped back in Bellevue at Mamasan's, where Atsuko received us with her usual charm...

Back in Bellevue for a late lunch at Sushi Land and a rest at the Tinderbox...

 

     

 

Upon leaving the Tinderbox Greg and I decided to make use of the remaining daylight by driving up to Snoqualmie Pass, where it was still snowing...

 

       

 

       

 

     

 

On the way back to Bellevue, on Cougar Mountain...

 

Back in downtown Bellevue, we observed Cinco de Mayo at the Azteca...
