Breaking Camp eHome, March 17, 2005

Ah, the life of a Contractor... you work your term then you have to leave the company for a hundred days. My term reached its end and thus began a break in service. Since getting Bigfoot 9 months ago I parked during the workweek proximate to my building in an excellent arrangement I called "Camp eHome" (after my workgroup)...

From the day prior...

Looking out of Building 50, toward Camp eHome. My space was behind the far corner of the parking deck, between the deck and the tallest trees. The 520 FRWY runs between the taller trees and the buildings in the background...

From the same window, looking down the 520 in the direction of Seattle...

Facing back toward Building 50 from the aforementioned parking deck, on the short "commute" to Camp eHome...

Camp eHome... and the last Wednesday evening meeting with John...

Now... back to leaving day...

A parting glace back at Building 50 as I walked around the parking deck to Camp eHome...

My weekday camp, for the previous 9 months...

Pulling away...

From just south of the main Microsoft campus in Redmond... facing Bellevue and Seattle...

Saturday, March 19, Fedeeral Way, WA
I-5 northbound, at the King County / Pierce County line. Washington State interstate rest areas have RV dump stations...
