Instead of linking to external Willie Nelson pages, I'll just
say my piece right here. I have loved some of Willie Nelson's
music for most of my life. "Red
Headed Stranger" and "The
Troublemaker" are two of the three albums that I've been
known to claim as my favorite of all time. The third album just
alluded to was
not from Willie Nelson and dropped off my list a long time
ago... but enough said about that. Willie Nelson has a place deep
within my heart. Now, those things being said... Willie Nelson is a nut, and I learned a long time ago that I really don't want to know much more about him other than that he created "Red Headed Stranger" and "The Troublemaker" and "On the Road Again"... Willie Nelson has presented a lot of other fine songs as well... too many to name here. I listen to his XM radio station, Willie's Place, nearly every day. I'm looking forward to visiting Willie's Place down in Carl's Corner, Texas someday soon. But Willie Nelson is still a nut and that's all I'm going to say about it for now. |
