In the evening I attended a concert with Mother & Father at Albemarle... "Down Home With The Carolina Pops," a tribute to the music of North Carolina. The show featured the music and folk lore of David Holt, the vocals of Katharine Whalen (of the Squirrel Nut Zippers), the North Carolina Youth Tap Ensemble, the Carolina Pops Orchestra, etc...
