To Seattle's Lake Union...

 

         

 

To the Olympic Star at lake Union... The HC Henry Pier...

 

     

 

On board... tuning up... guests arrive...

 

       

 

     

 

The moment draws nigh...

       

 

The ceremony... As John & Jeannie took their place I strummed Love Me Tender on the guitar...

 

       

 

     

 

Just as the "I do's" were sounding a jet was passing in front of the twilight moon...

 

       

 

Signing the papers...

 

The reception was also onboard the Olympic Star. We cruised from Lake Union through the Montlake Cut (www.historylink.org/output.CFM?file_ID=1444) and the University District into Lake Washington, under the 520 Floating Bridge, and to within a couple of hundred yards of the Bill Gates house. We turned around at Bellevue's Meydenbauer Bay and then headed back to Lake Union...

 

       

 

       

 

       

   

Fortunately Ed was able to help the Captain guide the yacht back into its mooring...

 

I ended the evening back in Bellevue at Mamasan's...
